Eleanor Burks has enjoyed writing from early childhood. She wrote plays in school for her friends and was a writer for the school newspaper. She wrote articles for the Atlanta Journal Constitution's employee's newspaper and special feature articles for other local newspapers.

She now enjoys writing a variety of books. She is working on her 3rd southern mystery book, she is also a song writer and she is nearing the completion of the first in a series of children's books.

Eleanor resides in the heart of Dixie and cherishes her southern roots, but finds many places in America beautiful.
